Have you ever heard of a term- highly sensitive person?
It's a real thing and some people are born that way. If you are highly sensitive, the good thing is, you can learn ways to support yourself.
Here a few things that are signs that you are highly sensitive:
-Easily get tense in action/thriller movies (feel things deeply)
-Overwhelmed by lots of chaos and business in a schedule
-Super sensitive to emotions of others
-Don't do well with messy and cluttered home
-Need alone time to recharge and decompress
If you know this is you: there is good news for you. You can do a few things daily that will support you proactively SO THEN you are more tolerant to stimulation around you.
