Horse Destination Sicily

Sicily is Italy's southernmost province and it is a well known destination for horse riders and active travellers due to its incredibly diverse countryside, its cultural wealth and its natural beauty. After talking about Northern Italy in episode 217, we are leaving the mainland today and heading to this beautiful island in the Mediterranean Sea. As part of a mini series I am talking about traveling to Sicily in general today and in the next episodes I am talking with Christina who has recently ridden in Sicily and filmed a documentary about the rides and the country's horse culture.
