Colin Cadell talks Monsters Around Us

“Monsters Around Us'' is the solo project from former The Schoenberg Automaton vocalist Colin Cadell formed in 2018.
In 2021 the electronic/metal hybrid act has released his debut LP INVERTED SIGNS, featuring appearances by members of Frontierer, Komoru and Kadjina and a remix for heavy hitters WESTON SUPER MAIM.
Now to wrap up the year Monsters Around Us has dropped a new piece of slamming electronic death. Reaching out to some of his all-time favourite death metal artists, Bulletpress is the result of this collaboration with vocalist Matt McGachy (Cryptopsy, Vox & Hops Podcast) and drummer Jared Klein (Rivers of Nihil and Flub),already gaining the attention of some of the worlds biggest publications and others in the metal world, Monsters Around Us is definitely a force to be reckoned with!
The Everblack Podcast sat down with Colin Cadell from Monsters Around Us for an in depth talk about the project, working with some of his favourite artists, the concept behind ‘Bulletpress’, his love of soundtracks, playing live and future direction.
