Today I'm taking you on a journey to discover the 5 elements that govern how deep Feng Shui works. This is not a tips and tricks episode; this is about 'real' Feng Shui.

I'll talk you through the layers of Feng Shui, from generic practices to the deep energetic workings of Flying Stars.

We cover each of the 5 elements that are the cornerstone of the 5 Element Theory, in which Feng Shui is rooted, as well as looking at why the balancing of these elements is so important. We look at what imbalances may look like within our home and how running blind when placing remedies can be really detrimental.
