A Prayer to Trust God for Provision

"Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment" (1 Timothy 6:17).

How can we live in this world but never lose sight of God as our provider? How might we teach our children to do the same? Even the wealthiest men in the world are not satisfied by their mansions, fancy cars, or the security of having billions in a bank account. In fact, many of the wealthiest men ultimately found themselves lonely, miserable, and broken.
