Happy New Year! In this ep we re-cap the holidays and discuss our plans for 2023. We truly had one of the best Christmas nights of our life, including a lil family round table gratitude moment, so we talk about how that came to be and why it was so significant. We both agree mental health is at the forefront of our 2023, but have very different plans for achieving those goals.
