 By default we are all doing something every second of every day. A common way of dividing actives is to put them into one of four categories – urgent/important, urgent/unimportant, important/not urgent, and unimportant/not urgent. We discuss why the most valuable box in important but not urgent and how for most of us our most valuable relationships are put into this box.
