ASX set to rise following Wall Street bounce; PM mulls Ukraine troops; welfare payments rise

The local share market set to open much higher after tumbling ten per cent in four weeks, as Wall Street recovers somewhat. 

And more, including:

• Prime Minister Anthony Albanese reaffirms he would consider troops on the ground in Ukraine, if asked. 
• And millions of welfare recipients set to get a bigger pay check from this week.
