Residential real estate may have been the most talked about thing of 2021, besides COVID. But the commercial sector has often slipped below the radar.

Covering everything from offices and warehouses, to shopping centres and data centres, some areas of commercial have thrived during the pandemic, while others are just bouncing back now. 

Damian Diamantopoulos, Head of Property Research at Australian Unity, discusses the sector, including lessons investors can learn from overseas markets that reopened before us.
