Film Sack 758: Black Moon Rising

On this week's Film Sack, a professional thief is hired by the FBI to steal a data tape from a company under investigation. Analysis of the tape will expose the criminal activities of this company. When the thief is discovered during his attempt, he hides the tape inside a prototype car, but unfortunately there is someone else interested in the vehicle. WHO COULD IT BE?????
