🌈SAFETY WARNINGS: Please listen responsibly. Prolonged exposure to any sound may cause discomfort, tinnitus, damage hearing or ringing in the ears. It is recommended to listen at a LOW VOLUME and for SHORTER DURATIONS especially when using headphones. If you experience any discomfort, stop listening immediately.

For Binaural Beats, Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta Waves PLEASE READ BELOW:

Best Practices for Safe Listening:

  • Start Slow: If you are new to brainwave entrainment, begin with short 10-minute sessions and gradually build up.
  • Mind Your Volume: Keep the volume moderate. Because lower frequencies are harder to hear, some people raise the volume to unsafe levels. Listening to any sound above 85 decibels for extended periods can cause hearing damage.
  • Time Your Sessions: Utilize these sounds for tasks requiring focus, such as studying or creative work, and take breaks in between.

If you begin to feel anxious, irritable, or develop a headache, stop listening immediately.
