Did the Knights Templar plunder treasure from Jerusalem and conceal it? Several theories suggest possible hiding places, including an uninhabited island in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, Royston Cave in Hertfordshire, England, and beneath Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland, which was featured in the 2006 film The Da Vinci Code starring Tom Hanks.
