A note on Meditation

The value of Meditation, my intention regarding alternative forms where you are also engaging in active imagination 

- and I didn’t say this in the recording, but as you engage with active imagination you are working out those mind muscles. Some of the imaginings can be way beyond into fantasy, but it’s all in order to invite your imagination into creation.
