An Example of Asking and Listening

Taking a moment this evening to sit and recharge and reconnect - Ask and Listen - As an example of what you can do in your asking and listening. 

There are a lot of pauses, and birds chirping, but wanted to include an example of what I do (usually inside my head and not spoken out loud and the asking/listening happens quicker when I'm not putting words to everything).
