Nourished, breathed, supported - your body loves you, guided. Plus a playful practice to energetically highlight people on your wavelength.  Note: when I refer to the earth as “her” -- if it feels better to you, please change to “it’s”, or “their” in your mind - I’m familiar with referring to the earth as in ‘Mother Earth’ but the earth integrates what we consider divine feminine and divine masculine.
