Roots and Branches Meditation to add to your practice. 

Please be aware***The musical transitions are not good (goes from normal to quiet recording and turns up again for outro) because the audio to the recording is super quiet for some reason. Turns out I need to re-record to (hopefully) fix. 

For now, I'm leaving it as is until I can transcribe and re-record, because this meditation was completely impromtu, given by guidance, if you will.
