Trump boastingly announced today that the US attacked another Venezuelan boat on international waters, killing 3 people. Earlier this month the U.S. killed 11 Venezuelans in a similar attack.

What is behind this current escalation? What is the history of the imperial aggression against Venezuela by the U.S.? Why should the anti-genocide movement care about Venezuela as well?
