#54 Pourquoi sommes-nous obsédés par ce que nous mangeons ?

🪴Les Français adorent parler de nourriture, mais aujourd’hui, ce n’est pas seulement une question de goût. Avec des applications disponibles sur nos téléphones, on scrute nos assiettes et nos placards comme jamais. Pourquoi ? Parce qu’en un simple clic - ou un scan - ces applis nous disent si ce qu’on consomme est bon ou mauvais pour notre santé.

Dans cet épisode, on s’intéresse à l’application française ultra-populaire YUKA lancée en 2017. Comment fonctionne-t-elle concrètement ? Pourquoi 22 millions de Français l’utilisent ? Est-elle fiable ou trop simpliste ?
