Disco House 2021: Shake It Up Tonight Funky House Mix

Disco House and Funky House, 2021 — a nearly five-hour party set assembled as a seamless weekend soundtrack and DJ warmup. Shake It Up Tonight pulls together NuDisco, Jackin’ House, Soulful and Deep House grooves with an eye for modern edits and dancefloor-friendly flow, running just under five hours for long sessions or home listening. Highlights include Dombresky & Boston Bun’s remix of Tensnake’s “Antibodies,” a Dave Lee Disco reshake of Prospect Park’s title cut, and club-ready turns from Mark Picchiotti and David Morales. The set also features a tough jackin’ and NuDisco backbone from Mark Knight and Dennis Cruz’s Mousse T. rework. A notable studio fix closes the mix: the Dr Packer remix of Kim English’s “Unspeakable Joy” was reworked to transition into Don Welch’s House reimagining of “Beginnings,” chosen as the closer for its unexpected, well-crafted approach. Total time: 04:48:10.
