Funky House: Holiday Vacation (2012) Disco & Vocal House Mix

This Funky House mix from 2012, Holiday Vacation, is a sunny disco-to-vocal-house set meant as a seasonal escape from winter doldrums. It threads old-school funk, filtered disco, and warm vocal house into an eighty-minute soundtrack designed for beachside chill that moves into late-night boogie. Highlights include Pete Rose & Devious’ Club Mix of “So Much In Love With You,” Seamus Haji pres. Big Bang Theory’s Old School Mix, and a Jason Chance remix of Milk & Sugar feat. Lisa Millett’s “Lift Me Up.” Greg Lukas’ Beachclub Mix and Colourphonic feat. Katia add breezy, melodic moments, while Menini & Viani feat. Roz Brown provide big-room vocal hooks. The mix balances relaxed, toe-tapping grooves with club-ready peaks—ideal for holiday parties or a sunny set when you want to unwind and then dance.
