Funky House: T-Dance Edition 2010 Volume 3: Take 2

Funky house mix T-Dance Edition 2010 Volume 3: Take 2 arrives as a sunlit, late-spring set built to lift a mood and get feet moving. This 2010 installment leans into disco-house reworks and big-voiced soulful cuts while keeping the overall vibe light and optimistic for backyard parties, pre-club warmups, or a sunny commute. Highlights include Mirage opening with the breezy “Summer Grooves,” Mario Biondi’s Gianni Bini rework of “Be Lonely,” and Soulshaker & Sandy B bringing club-ready warmth. Evelyn Thomas adds classic diva energy with live sax textures, Jellybean pairs Susu Bobien’s gospel-tinged voice with a Scott Wozniak club cut, and Miguel Migs supplies smooth deep-house heat with Sonny J Mason. The mix threads contemporary remix culture with vocal-house tradition, favoring singalong moments and dancefloor-ready grooves over gimmicks. If you follow the T-Dance series, expect familiar reworks and tasteful nods to 80s and 90s roots woven into a cohesive, feel-good hour-plus set.
