Brian has a lot of "firsts" in his 46 years in this industry. He was the FIRST employee at Mainlight back in the early 80s for one! Brian is currently responsible for Designer Relations at but he's probably as well known for his legendary cooking mastery. Specifically, grilling incredible meats for many top industry functions.
