28: Abandoned LA County Poor Farm

The LA County Poor Farm was a safe haven for the ill, destitute, and the elderly. This somewhat revolutionary commune was ahead of it's time as a facility, and an important part of the greater Los Angeles county history. Now the once sprawling institution is merely a shell of it's former self.
