Rein Müllerson: Censorship in the West & the End of Liberal Hegemony

Rein Müllerson was Gorbachev's legal advisor and then Estonia's deputy foreign minister. Müllerson wrote Estonia's draft declaration for independence and also prepared the text for Yeltsin to recognise Estonia's independence. For the past twenty years, Müllerson has worked as a professor of international law at King's College London.
