031: Is it OK for my kid to tattle?

Are you a parent who tells your kids not to "tattle?" We get why you might do that - tattling can surely be an obnoxious and irritating thing. But is it the RIGHT thing to make a blanket rule like that? Is there an opportunity we Christian parents are missing when we do that?
