It's not as common as you might think that people sit down and get clear on the vision for their relationship and where they are sailing to.  Without vision, we are susceptible to drifting in all kinds of ways whether for better or for worse.  The idea, "let's just see how it goes," is not helpful when it comes to healthy communication, transparent self-expression, setting clear boundaries and choosing love and honor even when we don't feel like it in the moment.  Are you clear on what exactly your definition of a relationship is?
