Many people are afraid to love because they've been hurt.

Love requires being vulnerable, and that is frightening to anyone who has loved and been badly hurt, betrayed, or abused by someone they loved and said loved them.

Only after receiving God's love and through trusting Him are we able to start trusting people who say they love us.

Through walking with God we find the grace to forgive and continue building healthy relationships.
