We all love a good message about promotion, don't we!?  It's my time!  It's my season!  Blessings are chasing me down!  All wonderful, however, what we often miss is where promotion comes from, what's required for promotion and the testing all along the way.  If promotion chased you down today, would you be found ready?  If the increase came tomorrow, would there be much fruit?
