Choose your 'let go'... pick your permission slip to surrender and keep returning to it today.  It could be your mantra, it could be listening to Silence, it could be setting your phone alarm to go off every hour to remind you to relax the tension in your body... pick the one that works for you and EMPLOY IT.  Be still in Love, in the knowing that Only Love is Here.
