Listen to This One When You're Scared

Say St. Teresa's prayer to the Love that you are.  Feel Love inside while you recite the words. Hold the words in Love. Know you ARE this Love.  You lack nothing. You need nothing.  Once you feel Love, you have everything. It's already here.  The clearer, fuller picture is coming into view.  Trust this. There's nothing this Love cannot do. 

Repeat Ram Dass' mantra as often as you can remember. Breathe away fear.  All is well. God IS where you are.  God is who you are.
