Today's Practice:
Recognize the Silence where you are and ask It what It wants you to know... tell It you're finally listening.  Give It your attention, instead of the mind.  Listen to It.  Feel the Love in and AS It.  And then BE an expression of It in the world. Live that Silence. Speak only Love, with words, if necessary.  Silence is King.
