This Ain't My First Rodeo

... you say to yourself as you face another day.  Think of everything, from your thoughts to challenging people, to the day's events and tasks like a bucking, mechanical bull turned to the 'expert af' setting,   Your work is to stay 'on'. To keep your balance. To not forget God, or as Hafiz calls It, the Friend.  No matter how wild the ride gets today, you feel the Friend's hand on your shoulder. You feel the Friend's kiss. 

How would you feel right now if the Friend leaned in and kissed you? Made It's Presence known. You'd be smiling. You'd be glowing. You wouldn't be worrying, or complaining, or distracted. You'd be full here. Fully now. Fully alive. Fully thankful. Fully ready for the rodeo.
