Today we're staying focused on Exuberance until we see that there's not 'focus' AND 'exuberance'.  There's really only One.  Only Exuberance.  Only Exuberant-Focus. Silent, alert, attention... the feeling of staring without blinking, or listening for a very faint sound. This is your natural state and when you're being that, you feel Go(o)d, and then, "whatever you need will just happen."*
