In this video, we continue our series on prayer by diving into a classic Catholic prayer: the Ignatian Prayer of Examen. It's one thing to investigate Christian traditions on a theological level, but I think it's equally important to look into the spiritual practices of Christian groups. After all, there's a link between how we pray and how we believe: lex orandi, lex credendi. That's why I'm so excited to bring you this video on the prayer of Examen. It's my goal that this video would enrich your prayer life, helping you have more meaningful time with God through prayer.
