Comparing this bottle to Ep7 the NZ Sav Blanc there is a remarkable difference on the nose and palate showing the influence of climate and winemaking styles as they are using the same grapes.
We find this bottle to be much more finessed, delicate and smooth in comparison and suggest drinking along with this episode to learn about it's tasting notes and then showing off your new knowledge with friends this weekend.
