Does Cold Climate make the best conditions for Pinot Noir?
After talking cold climate wines and frequently mentioning places like the Yarra Valley and Burgundy, Tasmania's Devils Corner invited us to come and compare their very best while also visiting the area. We spent two AMAZING nights in Bicheno with the highlight being woodfire pizzas overlooking the vines of the winery, tasting the different ranges of wines on offer in the most stunning of settings.
