Scripture: Psalm 4:8 - "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety."
Reflection: How can you rest in God's peace and trust in His protection over your life? What fears or worries can you surrender to Him as you lay down to sleep?
Prayer: Lord, as I lay down to rest, grant me the peace that only You can give. May Your presence surround me with safety and security, allowing me to rest in Your peace and wake up refreshed in Your love. Amen.
