Adam joined Billy on the pod’ to chat about the making of ‘Carolina Caroline’ and his experience working with stars Samara and Kyle on the film, which dextrously shifts from road movie to heist thriller to tender romance and back again. He also touched on his time making ‘Dinner in America’ and the astounding resurgence the film had when it’s original song ‘Watermelon’ exploded on TikTok years after it’s release, the importance of finding your tribe and connecting with others through your art and why Caligula is a perfect midnight movie.
