It’s all about perception, right? This pandemic continues to be trying, BUT one thing it has given many of us is time.  

Celebrated Reiki master Patti Penn (@pauseinjoywithpatti) says that this time is our “great pause,” a chance to take stock of the energetic forces in our lives like work and our relationships, and really evaluate what's making us lighter, and what's making us heavier.  

Like so many inthe world, Patti rightly observed that I'm operating at 50% right now, and that I need to let go of the heavy baggage that's weighing me down.
