They enforce strict laws, oppressive regimes, and strike down any rebellion that dares stand in the way of their perverted nationalism. They patrol the barren streets at dusk and annihilate anyone they deem a threat to their crooked ideals or their sociopolitical power. Mike, the son of a Congress Member, leaves home and meets a group of orphans whose elite Congress Member fathers have also abandoned. Together, they explore the wasteland of their destroyed city and scavenge for food, shelter, and anything that'll help them fight back against Congress.
