What does it mean to receive a word from God?

Many Christians believe the Holy Spirit still speaks to believers today, sometimes with encouragement or direction for someone else. Any word we sense should always line up with Scripture and point people to Jesus.

How do I share a prophetic word responsibly?

Pray first and ask God about the timing and how to share it. Share it with humility and love, and let the other person weigh it for themselves. Paul tells the church to examine everything carefully and hold fast to what is good (1 Thessalonians 5:21).

How can I pray for missions around the world?

Pray for missionaries by name, for open hearts in the places they serve, and for their safety and strength. Asking God to show you where He is already at work can make your prayers more specific.
