How can I trust God when my future feels uncertain?

Trusting God doesn't require seeing the whole path. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to trust Him with all our heart and promises He will make our paths straight. We can take the next faithful step and leave the rest with Him.

What does it mean to lean on the Lord?

Leaning on the Lord means depending on His strength and wisdom instead of our own. It shows up in prayer, in time in His Word, and in obeying what He has already shown us. He is steady even when our plans are not.
