In episode 13,  Jack and Shawn cover Chapters 23 and 24. In these chapters Kaladin puts into motion a plan to help the bridgemen and finds out that Rock is a shitty cook.  Dalinar tries to put into motion his plan but is resisted by a fellow Highprince.
