Reeling from a COVID loss, Newlywed Nicole Finds Closure

Today, Nicole reconnects with her grandmother, who passed suddenly in March, a victim of the COVID-19 pandemic. Always the life of the party, her grandmother reassures Nicole that she felt the younger woman’s presence and loving words up until the moment she passed – despite being isolated in the hospital. In a year of immeasurable loss, Nicole is finally able to breathe a little easier after the reading and look forward to brighter days, and bigger celebrations, ahead.
