The Ill-Fated Terra Nova Expedition

In 1910, Captain Robert Falcon Scott set out with a most ambitious goal: Travel to the South Pole -- by foot! -- and claim it for England. He took with him a gaggle of sled dogs, snow ponies, and equally ambitious, "bull-necked" men. This is the story of their journey to the middle of the world, through ice storms and polar nights, to reach a place no man had gone before.
