EP06: My Experience at the Dream Life Immersion Retreat

In this episode I share how I found Samantha Daily's Podcast (Make Shift Happen)  and how it led me to signing up for a 5-day Dream Life Immersion Retreat in the Dominican Republic without knowing if I'd be able to attend. I share my experiences leading up to the retreat and as well as the different workshops led by Sam and the hypno-breath work led by Suzy and how this experience along with the connections and sisterhood I gained on this trip completely altered the way I view my life.
