The Strange Midnight Food Cart In Asia

When a massive wave of corporate layoffs forces Jacob to leave his independent life in Manila, he reluctantly moves back to his parents' home in an isolated rural village. Desperate for a routine, he begins jogging at night and strikes up a heartwarming friendship with Tita Rosa, a kind, elderly street food vendor who works the midnight shift on her modified tricycle.

But after vanishing for weeks, Tita Rosa suddenly returns to the village entrance. She looks horribly gaunt, her usual lively demeanor is entirely gone, and she has one very strange, highly secretive request for Jacob.
