It features big, burly olive-green leaves and is bud heavy. It has a full sugary-sweet flavor and a strong grassy/floral backbone. Blended primarily for strength and sweetness, it has a persistent character, with desirable kuwei (bitterness which doesn’t linger but transforms quickly into back of palette sweetness). They also discuss the history and consumption of pu'er tea in general.
