Clocking in at an astounding 8,530 feet, Fu Shou Mountain in Taiwan presents a harsh but ultimately rewarding climate for tea growth. The elevation and cold cause the tea plant to develop slowly, resulting in a richer and sweeter brew, at the expense of a much smaller harvest compared to commodity grade oolongs.
