Gratitude can positively impact the brain by activating the reward system, promoting neural plasticity, countering negativity bias, and enhancing social connections. By incorporating gratitude into our daily lives through practices such as gratitude journaling, expressing appreciation to others, or simply reflecting on what we are grateful for, we can harness these brain benefits and experience greater well-being and happiness.
